Touch the Future, Inc. - ReBoot™ ATRC

In March 2007 to December 2012, RAR Enterprises was requested by Touch the Future, Inc. (TTF), to help them increase their scope, business processes and corporate sponsorship through ICKM Methodology.  Touch the Future is a 19 year Non-Profit Organization that offers an Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC) for Georgians with disabilities, their caregivers, service providers, advocates, and friends. It is located in Tucker, Georgia, and provides their state with resources and services relating to assistive technology. TTF also operates the ReBoot™ Program, a computer recycling program that refurbishes donated computer equipment and redistributes the rebuilt computers to people with disabilities, seniors and the less fortunate. ReBoot™ staff also can customize new computers to the individual’s specifications and repair computers as needed.  RAR Enterprises consultants were asked to help manage a $1.7 Million demonstration grant from the Federal Government to expand TTF services and equipment into the Southeast US and create an Enterprise Depot and Outreach Center organization for the company.  RAR Enterprises was also requested to provide methods and procedures to increase the funding, capabilities and donations of TTF for their sustainability in the future.  To date, RAR Enterprises has implemented a Change Management Process, End-of-Life Program and an Outreach Program for other agencies in the Southeast area.  Other aspects of this assignment are under non-disclosure.  Touch the Future, Inc.

FODAC (Friends of Disabled Adults & Children)

In January 2006 to March 2007, RAR Enterprises was requested by FODAC, a 22 year Non-Profit Organization that offers Durable Medical Equipment (power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, scooters, bathroom aids, hospital beds, walkers, etc. to clients in need),  to startup and manage the Computer Technology and Training Center (CTTC).  RAR Enterprises consultants created a Business Plan, Project Plan and Implementation Schedule to enable the creation of the CTTC at FODAC which would repair and refurbish the donated computer equipment for resale through the FODAC Thrift Store, setup classes for training of Disabled Adults on computer utilization for job placement (State of Georgia Voc Rehab Group), setup Scrap Suppliers for disposition of surplus computer equipment, and creation of a Corporate Sponsorship and Volunteer Coordinator Program.  Since June of 2006 this Project has developed well beyond FODAC and RAR Enterprises predicted Business Plan forecasts and evolved into helping FODAC realize their first entitlement budget over $1 Million, placing them into the high-range Non-Profit status for the first time in their 20 year history.  Other aspects of this assignment are under non-disclosure.  FODAC

BioSophia America, LLC

In June 2005 to Present, RAR Enterprises was requested by BioSophia America, LLC, a startup Financial Management company, to help create and implement their Sales and Marketing Strategy.  RAR Enterprises consultants were able to increase their market share of the real estate industry, holdings, foreclosure & tax lien properties, and investments beyond their predicted forecasts and business plan.  As a result of this engagement, RAR Enterprises purchased an interest in BioSophia America, LLC which became a Division of RAR Enterprises and now manages their Financial, Property Management and Transportation Services.  Other aspects of this assignment are under non-disclosure.  BioSophia America, LLC

Natural Energy Group, LLC

In January 2005 to May 2005, RAR Enterprises  Senior Consultant (Robert Rust) was requested by Natural Energy Group, LLC (an Internet Marketing firm) to help create and implement a Sales and Marketing Strategy for their products and services.  Along with Cascade Foods and Axxtel Communications, products were obtained and an Internet Marketing process was initialized.  As a result of this Project, Robert Rust (President of RAR Enterprises) now holds a position on the Board of Directors for Natural Energy Group, LLC.   Other aspects of this assignment are under non-disclosure.  Natural Energy Group, LLCAxxtel, Inc. ; Cascade Foods

American Way Mortgage

In November 2004 to Present, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Robert Rust) was requested by American Way Mortgage (AWM), a startup mortgage broker in the Georgia, Florida and Alabama market, to help create and implement a Sales and Marketing Strategy for them in the Mortgage Industry.  Utilizing our Integrated Change and Knowledge Management (ICKM) Strategy we were able to increase sales beyond the company forecast and streamline the operations for the company.  As a startup operation, budgets were tight and profits were expected to be low, but we were able to manage the startup process so that AWM could benefit quickly and become profitable within 3 months of inception.  American Way Mortgage

General Motors (Nash Chevrolet)

In June 2004 to November 2004, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Robert Rust) obtained a position with Nash Chevrolet (a distributor for General Motors) in order to help create and implement a Sales and Marketing Strategy for GM to increase sales in the Southeastern US Marketplace.  Other aspects of this assignment are under non-disclosure.  General Motors

Waffle House Inc. 

In November 2002 to June 2004, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Robert Rust) was engaged by Waffle House, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, (a large restaurant chain) to help them with successful management of potential customer expectations and requirements while decreasing food costs, operational costs and payroll costs, and increasing sales in their 2,000 plus Units.  This program, through an understanding of the ICKM model, enhanced the evolution of their Management Roles & Responsibilities to increase sales and expansion opportunities for the future.  RAR personnel will also help in the utilization of Customer Centric Sales Management consulting, training and auditing.  Waffle House

NuPoint LLC (Online-DA.com)

In January 2002 to December 2003, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was requested by NuPoint LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, to manage the role of CIO and become a Board Member of that privately held company.  Within this new part-time role, Mr. Rust will oversee, through the implementation of a Team Approach, the management, development, marketing and selling of the Electronic National Directory Assistance product into the Database Maintenance, Fraud Prevention, and Alternate Directory Assistance areas for the Collection, Insurance, Financial, Telecom, Non-Profit, HR Contract and Placement, Transportation, and Energy verticals.  Online-DA

NetNet Group LLC 

In December 2001 to March 2002, RAR Enterprises was engaged by NetNet Group in Atlanta, Georgia, to help them understand the ICKM model for successful management of potential customer expectations and requirements.  This program will enhance the evolution of their Project and Personnel sales and consulting opportunities for the future.  RAR personnel will also help in the utilization of Customer Centric Sales Management consulting, training and auditing.  NetNet Group

Consumer Concepts, Inc. (CCI) 

In December 2001 to April 2002, RAR Enterprises was engaged by CCI in Atlanta, Georgia, to help create and manage the Solution Sales Approach for the company Agents.  Because Bob Rust had already taken the required courses and tests to become a Financial Services Agent of World Financial Group (WFG), CCI requested that Bob manage the sales approach process so that the Product & Services offered by CCI could be understood for a practical approach matrix to be formed.  Consumer Concepts, Inc.

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta

In November 2001 to April 2002, RAR Enterprises was engaged by the Atlanta Classic Foundation under the Executives for Children's program for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (combination of Egelston Children's Hospital and Scottish Rite Children's Medical Center) in Atlanta, Georgia, to manage and provide positive solutions for the marketing campaign of the BellSouth Classic. The BellSouth Classic is an annual PGA golfing event that provides funds for the purchase of hospital machinery, surgical technology and other life-saving equipment and support for many ill and injured children. The Procurement Centre LLC

In September 2001 to January 2002, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged by The Procurement Centre (TPC) located in Houston, Texas, to help expand their Sales, Corporate Alliance and Marketing Structure within the Southeast US.  Through utilization of the ICKM model, RAR Enterprises could establish a successful management, potential customer base, and alliance infrastructure for services that TPC offers (staffing, consulting, training and outsourcing).  This program will enhance the TPC service offerings outside their normal Energy Industry, and expanded them into several other Industries for their future growth potential.  The Procurement Centre

In July 2001 to August 2001, RAR Enterprises was engaged by Tanning Technologies, Inc., located in Denver, Colorado, to help the Tanning Alliance and Sales Group understand the ICKM model for successful management of potential customer expectations and requirements.  This program will enhance the evolution of their Project and Personnel sales and consulting opportunities for the future.  Tanning Technologies, Inc.

WMA Securities, Inc. (WMAS) a division of AEGON

In July 2001 to December 2001, RAR Enterprises was engaged by WMA Securities, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, to help create and manage the Solution Sales Approach for the company Agents.  Part of this task was for Bob Rust to take all of the required courses and tests to become a Financial Services Agent of World Financial Group (WFG), a new division of AEGON, so that the Product & Services offered by WFG could be understood for a practical approach matrix to be formed.  Understanding the industry and utilizing the ICKM approach will increase the potential for WFG to become successful.  WMA Securities, Inc.

NuPoint Online Directory Assistance (Online-DA)

In March 2001 to December 2001, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged by NuPoint LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, to help manage the creation of the new Internet Directory Assistance company.  Bob Rust created several relationships for NuPoint that enabled them to enter the Insurance, Financial, Association and White box (PC preload) verticals for establishment of Online-DA.  A Marketing Plan, Business Plan and Integration Plan were completed with successful results in all market segments. The process consisted, in part, of utilizing Solution Sales Marketing , the ICKM model, along with a Business Problem Solving approach established with all customers (Customer Centric Methodology).  Through RAR Enterprises and investor relationships, a viable business was created and has been developed for the portal community including single user credit card and B2B usage through a Transaction Gateway utilizing Wallet Technology.  Online-DA

Electronic Directory Assistance (EDA)

In July 2000 to February 2001, RAR Enterprises was engaged by EDA in Atlanta, Georgia, to manage the formulation of an e-Procurement and Integrated Change & Knowledge Management process for Electronic Directory Assistance within the Collection Agency business area. This process consists, in part, of utilizing electronic access to the National Directory Assistance Database and electronic purchasing through an Internet path in order to help manage the business solution required by the Collection Agency Industry. U S WEST

In November 1999 to February 2000, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust and Dale Bauman) were engaged by U S WEST as Senior Project Managers and coach to the U S WEST Project Team for the Network Outside Plant and Construction Division, implementing the Job Management System (JMS) to be deployed to Engineers, CMCs, CACs, and Field Contractors in order to mechanize their process workflow and reduce cycle time for job completion. This in turn would increase customer satisfaction due to increased effectiveness of outside plant facilities placement and implementation. Mr. Rust and Mr. Bauman also helped in the creation and management of U S WEST's Perigon Program as Consultants in Change & Knowledge Management (C&KM). The C&KM Initiative was constructed to help rollout several Projects under the Perigon Program within the Operations & Technologies Department of the U S WEST enterprise in order to take into effect the Culture Change, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Training, and Communications required to initiate Direction, Motivation, Capability and Support within the Projects. BellSouth Corporation

In August 1999 through November 1999, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged with BellSouth Corporation as a Senior Project Manager for the Georgia 271 Long Distance Filing. This engagement involved interfacing with the Service Quality Measurement groups at BellSouth to establish, analyze, create, generate and manage the BSSQM and OSS Affidavit information required by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) for the Georgia 271 Filing. These documents and products are to be utilized to build a performance measurement package that will remove, as an issue, performance measurements from the 271 and contract negotiation discussions. The project would also deliver performance measurements (as required), analyze performance, and deliver the information to the appropriate stakeholders to maintain parity between the wholesale and retail operations. StorageTek Corporation

In May 1999 through July 1999, RAR Enterprises was engaged with StorageTek on a Solutions Marketing project for their Services Group. This engagement involved interfacing with the Marketing and Sales groups at StorageTek to help define, create and implement processes for increased sales in the Telecommunications Industry. These sales may or may not involve the sale of traditional hardware, but that was not the focus as much as the Solution for the Customer. This approach also included identifying, creating and deploying partnerships to solve the customers business problems. This Project directly resulted in several opportunities for StorageTek to adopt a Solution Sales approach within the Telecom's to solve real business problems. StorageTek Corporation

Ameritech Corporation

In March 1999, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged with Ameritech on an E-Forms Project (DETAILS OF THIS PROJECT ARE UNDER NON-DISCLOSURE). This engagement involved the audit of Ameritech's Purchasing Department Forms Management processes. The results of the Project are under non-disclosure, but involved of the normal Process Interviews approach that would result in deliverables of a Summary Document, PowerPoint Presentation for upper management, a Business Plan and Deployment Plan Document, Cost Analysis Summary, Proposed Configuration System Design and Architecture Drawing, all preliminary project documents (WBS, Gantt Chart, PERT Chart, Project Calendar, System Profile, etc.) and a short list of vendors for Project product, integration, and control.

An Information Architecture and Business Plan Booklet utilizing the RAR Enterprises Information Engineering Methodology (IEM) and Integrated Knowledge Management (IKM) was used to build the framework for satisfying the business enterprises information requirements. This approach delivers facts about the current ("AS IS") processes and the proposed deployment ("TO BE") environment. Results of this methodology are a model of Information Architecture as it should be to serve the mission of the enterprise, a high level Business System Architecture for the new processes, and a high level Technical Architecture including a data model and activity model for each business area. Shana Corporation

In December 1998 through March 1999, RAR Enterprises was engaged in a project involved in management of the Electronic Forms Management process for Mead Packaging and the Georgia Department of Corrections. This project deployed the Shana Informed product for both companies and created a manageable forms environment through conversion of their paper forms process to an electronic forms process. These projects resulted in a fill and print application along with significant savings to both the business and its personnel.  In addition, RAR introduced Shana to FileNET Corporation so that the Forms Management EDM void at FileNET could be managed by Shana.  Shana Corporation

In April 1998 through December 1998, RAR Enterprises was engaged as a Telecommunications Industry Consulting Team to aid FileNET Corporation in re-engineering and management of their Marketing strategies, processes, and implementation for their Telecommunications vertical. This involved knowledge of Electronic Document Management (EDM), the requirements and savings associated with EDM, Workflow, and ability to obtain partnerships with various other companies that could add value to the FileNET product set. In 1997, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged by Entrust Technologies to attend various Conferences and sit on Q&A Teams in order to present Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), its utilization for Certificate Authority for use with electronic forms, purchasing contracts, and various other mission critical documents within an enterprise. ArborText Corporation

In 1997 and 1998, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged to attend the Documation East Conference in Boston and the Documation West Conference in San Jose as a speaker on Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) representing ArborText. In these presentations and training seminars, Bob indicated the value of corporate documentation converted to SGML and the savings of utilizing SGML within the enterprise repository environment. Joint Board of Family Practice (JBFP) of the Medical College of Georgia

In 1994, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged by the JBFP to manage the creation of a customized turnkey system that consolidated The Medical College of Georgia’s student information in a central database. Major functionality included tracking student status and job placement.

Due to the successful development and implementation of customized turn-key membership systems for the JBFP and AAFP, RAR Enterprises packaged these solutions into two products. These turn-key software solutions could be quickly and economically customized and implemented for new clients. The MembersPLUS and MembersLITE systems provide clients with the capability to quickly mechanize their critical membership data into a robust database. These systems are easily implemented for clients such as associations and non-profit organizations (both medical and non-medical).

American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP)

In 1993, RAR Enterprises Senior Consultant (Bob Rust) was engaged by the AAFP to customize the development of a membership database that allowed the client to consolidate critical business functions into a stand alone, robust storehouse. Major functionality included: membership lists; billing and tracking membership fees; scheduling meetings; and, scheduling and tracking training. The turnkey system was implemented with a Windows interface.

AAMCO

In 1992, RAR Enterprises was engaged by AAMCO to perform the mechanization of special forms for the stand alone franchise owners. The custom turnkey solution streamlined and mechanized the daily input of critical business operations information and customized output forms were developed to allow printing of consolidated forms.  In addition RAR created a Supply Chain Diversity Management Program that could be important within the AAMCO enterprise and its franchise owners.
